Egg and Bacon Cups



This is a great breakfast treat that doesn't take too long and can also be made up in advance.  We usually make half a doz and what we don't eat at the time can be heated up later.


Ingredients

6 long pieces of bacon
6 eggs



Method

Pre-heat oven to 180C

Using a standard cup cake tray spray tin.  Then line the cup cake holes with bacon.  You'll need brake your bacon up, I start by covering the base and then working around the sides.

Once you've covered the trays with bacon, cook in a moderate oven (180) for 10 minutes just to help pre crisp the bacon a little.

Then crack eggs into each mould.  Place back in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes depending on how you like your eggs cooked.
