Gluten Free Chocolate Balls





Ingredients
  • 1 packet Gluten Free Shortbread biscuits
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • Extra desiccated coconut

Method
Crush biscuits into crumbs, using either a plastic bag and rolling pin or a food processor

Add cocoa powder to crumbs

Add condensed milk and coconut

Mix well, mixture will be wet and sticky

Roll into balls, dip into extra coconut.

Chill well. In fact, these are the perfect make ahead treat as they are yummier the next day

Also if you have trouble rolling the balls, use wet hands and it helps the mixture sticking to your hands.

Can roll in gluten free chocolate or multi-coloured sprinkles for something different
