Super Easy Kale Chips
These are so easy to make, like super dooper easy!
We grow Kale in our garden, so when it's big enough for a batch we chop away and bring it into the kitchen.
That said there are no real measurements to this recipe.
Ingredients
Bunch of Kale Leaves
Olive Oil
Salt
Method
Pre-heat oven to 160C.
Chop Kale into pieces, I recommend roughly the size of your palm or smaller. Ensure you remove any large stems as these can be chewy.
Spread over a lined baking tray.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Cook for approx. 8-12 minutes.
Season with salt before serving.
