Ingredients
1 cup rice
malt syrup
1/3 cups
tamari
1/4 cup
water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp
finely grated ginger.
500g chicken thighs
Directions
Combine
syrup, tamari, water, garlic and ginger in a shallow dish.
Add chicken
and toss to coat well. Place in fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat
oven to 180ÂșC
After marinating place chicken onto a baking paper lined
baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes turning halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve with vegies or salad of choice. Great as an accompaniment for fried rice also.
