Oreo Bark






No real ‘cooking’ is involved, so even those challenged in the kitchen will be able to have a crack.


Ingredients

1 packet Oreo biscuits (150g)
1.5 blocks of white chocolate

Method

Line and grease a square cake tin.

Place Oreo’s in a bowl and break up.  I just use my hands, it’s not hard, try breaking them into big pieces, e.g. thirds or quarters.  You don’t want to go much smaller than that.

Then break the chocolate up in a separate bowl and melt.  I prefer the microwave but whatever method suits you.

Mix both the chocolate and Oreo’s and spread into square cake tin.

Place in the fridge to set.

After an hour remove from the cake tin and use a sharp knife to break into pieces.  I prefer rough and ready pieces but that is entirely up to you.
