Gluten Free Chicken Balls



These are a favourite in our house as a Saturday lunch special.


Ingredients

Handful of onion flakes
600g chicken mince
1/2 cup GF bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan chees
1 egg



Method

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients, mix until well combined.

Roll tablespoons of mixture into small balls and place on baking tray.

Cook for approx. 30 minutes until golden in colour.

Delicious served with Sweet Chilli Sauce
