Ingredients
6 pieces
of short bacon
1 cup of
chopped mushrooms
1 onion
finely chopped
1 tsp of
chicken stock powder
400g
bottle of cream
1 tsp
minced garlic
Gluten

Method
- Put a pot of hot water on the stove to boil. Once boiling add pasta (quantity and type to your liking). Leave to cook.
- Chop bacon, onion and mushrooms, place in a fry pan until sautéed with the garlic.
- Add cream and chicken stock powder and allow to simmer
- When the past is cooked, drain in the sink and rinse under hot tap water. Then add to the sauce mix and stir through. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
