Gluten Free Chocolate Self Sauce Pudding



Ingredients

1 cup GF Self raising flour
3/4 cup of caster sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
30g butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups boiling water

Cream or Ice-cream to serve


Method

Preheat oven to 160C

Mix flour, caster sugar and half the cocoa powder in a bowl.

Add milk, vanilla essence and butter to dry mix, combine.

Pour mixture into cake tin or casserole dish.  Spread evening across dish.

Mix brown sugar and other half of cocoa powder until combined.

Spread over pudding mixture.

Then pour boiling water on top.

Place in oven and cook for 45 minutes.

Serve with your choice of cream or ice-cream.
