Thermomix Brookie

 

Ingredients
 
350g dark chocolate
45g Butter
120g Castor Sugar
80g cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
Chocolate Dots
 
 
Method 

Place 350g dark chocolate (broken up) in bowl. 5 SECS / SP7 / MC on

Add Butter and mix 4 MINS / 50C / SP3.5

Make sure it's completely combined and melted and transfer to another bowl

Insert Butterfly and combine all other ingredients 15 SECS / SP3

Scrape down sides and repeat 15 SECS / SP3

Add chocolate mixture back into the bowl and mix 10 SECS / SP3

Spoon mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper.  This mixture spreads so space them out.  Using teaspoons place blobs onto tray.  Sprinkle some chocolate dots on top

Cook in moderate oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly before removing from tray.
