We love hamburgers in our home and with a Coeliac amongst us it's best to make them at home so we know exactly what is in them.
Plus to be honest they always taste much better.
I often make a double mixture and freeze some. Not only does this mixture make great hamburgers, the same recipe makes delicious beef meat balls.
Ingredients
500g minced beef
1 tsp garlic mince
shake of dried parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs (we use Gluten Free)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 onion finely chopped (or sometimes I opt for dried onion flakes)
Method
In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
Roll into balls ready for cooking.
When cooking either on a BBQ or stove top, flatten with an egg flip and cook, flipping once until cooked through.
