Toblerone Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 cup plain chocolate biscuit crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 x 250g KRAFT Philadelphia cream cheese
½ cup castor sugar
200g Toblerone swiss milk or dark chocolate, melted
½ cup thickened cream

To garnish:
Chocolate or Toblerone shavings

 
Method:

Mix biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a lightly greased 22cm spring form pan, chill.

Beat Philly cream cheese with an electric mixer for 2 minute or until smooth.  Add sugar, melted Toblerone chocolate and cream, continue beating until well combined.
 
Pour onto the prepared crumb base and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours until set, or overnight.  Serve topped with the shavings.
