100g Gluten free SR flour
100g Milk
3 Eggs (separated)
1/2 Tea Spoon Baking Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Ground Cinnamon
Place Egg whites in thermomix (with butterfly inserted) and whip until stiff, set aside
Place egg yolks, flour, cinnamon and milk in thermomix and mix on speed 5 until mixed through
Place mixture into bow with egg white and fold until mixed through
Make pancakes on stove top and serve with desired toppings
